Two people facing hundreds of charges after alleged sexual assaults in Toronto spanning over 17 years

Toronto police said Monday the alleged assaults passed off within the Danforth Avenue and Dawes Street space and the Danforth Street and Eglington Avenue East space.

Police stated over the previous 17 years, a person and girl have dedicated a number of sexual and bodily assaults in opposition to males, girls and youngsters. 

In line with investigators, most of the assaults had been recorded and uploaded to the Web. 

Thus far, fees have been laid in relation to 41 victims, police stated. 

Police stated they nonetheless have various unidentified victims and are in search of the general public’s help in figuring out them. 

Martin ‘Mark’ Wettlaufer, 37, and Kathleen Wardlaw, 42, had been arrested and charged with a whole lot of offences referring to the investigation, police stated. 

Police didn’t say when Wettlaufer and Wardlaw had been arrested. The costs haven’t been confirmed in court docket.
