Montreal Canadiens ahead Mathieu Perreault will miss two to 3 weeks with a watch harm, head coach Dominique Ducharme stated Sunday.

Perreault has recorded three objectives and 4 factors in eight video games this season for the Canadiens. All three of his objectives got here in Montreal’s 6-1 romp over the Detroit Crimson Wings on Oct. 23.

Perreault signed with Montreal throughout the low season after scoring 9 objectives in 56 video games for the Winnipeg Jets final season.

Perreault, 33, has 142 objectives and 347 factors in 691 NHL regular-season video games with the Washington Capitals, Anaheim Geese, Jets and Canadiens.

Adam Brooks, whom Montreal just lately claimed off waivers from the Toronto Maple Leafs, took Perreault’s spot within the lineup for the Canadiens on Sunday towards the Geese.
