Lock Upp: Poonam Pandey gets emotional talking about her breakup with husband Sam Bombay; says ‘Meri shaadi bhi tikk gayi hoti’ – Times of India ►

Lock Upp’s latest episode saw a high voltage drama after a huge fight broke out between Zeeshan Khan and Payal Rohatgi. Payal’s Islamophobic statements against Zeeshan made the entire house go against her. Apart from this, the episode also witnessed Ankita Lokhande, who came in as a special guest for the weekend episode. She talked about pure love and bond and showed Anjali Arora and Munawar Faruqui‘s friendship through a special video. She also gifted them two coffee mugs. After Ankita left and Kangana took a short break, Poonam Pandey got really emotional.

She started crying remembering her breakup with husband Sam Bombay. When Anjali asked her she shared that she got reminded of her relationship as she recently broke up with her husband. Anjali consoled her and Munawar also joined the conversation. He tried to cheer her up by saying that even they would break up with their respective partners as they have watched the video played on the show. Poonam cried inconsolably and shared, “Maine bahut try kiya yaar chaar saal but nahi sambhalna yaar bahut try kiya maine (I tried hard for four years but it didn’t work). Meri bhi shaadi tikk gayi hoti yaar (wish my marriage would have also lasted).”

Anjali sat with Poonam and tried to console her but the latter kept crying and said “I don’t think I will ever get anything in life. Akeli Marungi Main (I will die alone).” Anjali asks her to not think negative and Poonam tells her she gets hurt when people slut-shame her. Poonam referred to the comments Payal made against her when the former kept abusing her in Hindi. Poonam, who has been warned in the past to not abuse people kept abusing Payal on her parents and the latter told her “Do he cheezein aati hai tujhe kapde utarna aur gaali dena (You only know two things to take off clothes and abuse people).”
