In a statement posted to Twitter on Tuesday, the Workplace of the Secretary to the Governor Normal Mary Simon mentioned: “No such registry or course of exists.”

“The Workplace of the Secretary to the Governor Normal (OSGG) is conscious that misinformation encouraging residents to contact the Governor Normal or our workplace to register votes of no confidence is circulating on social media. This info is just not right,” the assertion reads.

It later issued a follow-up assertion that the doc “doesn’t mirror the spirit and intent of the Freedom Convoy Motion 2022” and that “Canada Unity firmly helps the structure and democratic course of.”
